Well I think it's fair to say if I was approaching major hoarder status before I'm wayyyy past that now. Yep its official.
Sephora is currently offering 20% off any and all purchases from November 6 - November 10 for VIB and VIB Rouge members.
I have been a Beauty Insider at Sephora for ages but I only became a VIB member last year, around the end of November or early December. Sephora normally does their AMAZING VIB//VIB Rouge sale in early November (I think??), so I missed it last year because I hadn't become a VIB yet, and I have been looking forward to this year's 20% off sale ever since I missed it last year. Not to mention that I've been scheming about what to get during the 2014 VIB Sale for basically a year.
Since I was super ready for this sale, and already kind of planned what I wanted, I added all the items to my "shopping cart" on Sephora's website. I'm so glad I did this because Sephora's website was having some issues because of the high traffic from all the people with 20% off coupons, and if I hadn't already added all the items I planned to get it would have taken FOREVER to do so since the site kept crashing. Luckily, none of the items I wanted were sold out by the time I was finally able to get through (except one - which I didn't realize at the time - but more on that later). I placed my order super early in the morning on November 6th, it looks like it hasn't shipped yet but hopefully it will arrive soon so I can make part 2 of this post... the one with all the new goodies!!
When I received my mailer with the 20% off coupons from Sephora they also included an additional 20% card for a friend. I asked a few friends if they wanted to use it, but no one went for it (crazies if you ask me!). So if anyone out there is interested in taking advantage of this sale but is not already a VIB member, let me know and I will give you my "20% Off For a Friend" code! It will only work for online orders but Sephora's website seems like its back to normal so it should be fine! If you are interested please just let me know before the sale ends (at midnight November 10, 2014) and I will share the code with you. I think the code is one time use only so I may only be able to give it to one person.
